Results of some colleges are kept on hold due to administrative reason and the colleges are advised to contact this office in that matter. After complying the necessary requirements, the results would be released subsequently. There would also be few cases of incomplete (I) results for which final assessment of some scripts are not completed due to lack of resource support. All such incomplete results would be updated as and when the final assessment would be completed

2023-24 EVEN SEMESTER _ PPR/PPS /SUPER Supplementary/BACKLOG EXAM FORM Fillup এর সময় যাদের ডবল পেমেন্ট হয়ে গিয়েছিল কিন্তু ইউনিভার্সিটি থেকে তাদের টাকা রিফান্ড আসেনি তারা 13.12.2024 to 16.12.2024 এরমধ্যে নিজ নিজ কলেজের অফিসে এসে যোগাযোগ করবে সাথে উপযুক্ত পেমেন্ট এর ট্রানজেকশন আইডি নিয়ে আসতে হবে। ও নিজের ব্যাংকের অ্যাকাউন্ট এর পাসবুক এর জেরক্স আনতে হবে।

We have received several application for refund of fee due to duplicate payment during the Examination form fill up of Even Semester 23-24/ PPR/Supplementary Examination.

Since, the duplicate payments were not refunded during processing period, the alternative arrangement has been made for the refund.

In view of the above, the University is collecting information with the help of the college for smooth reimbursement.

Distribution of 2023 Batch Degree Certificates

This is to inform all students of the 2023 passout batch that MAKAUT University will distribute degree certificates to all affiliated colleges on 15th December 2024.

After receiving the certificates from the university, individual colleges will distribute them to students during the second or third week of December.

Students are advised to stay in touch with their respective colleges for the exact date and procedure of distribution.
